What is QRDERS?

Pricing

1% + €0.10 per payment, on top of Stripe's standard processing fee for the merchant's country. No monthly subscription, no setup fee, no per-staff seat. The fixed component varies by currency so it reads as a round number in the merchant's own money:

QR ordering

Each merchant generates a QR code per position (table, chair, bay, court, room). A customer scans, lands on a 65-language menu, adds items to a cart, optionally splits the bill, and pays through Stripe Connect Express. Tax is calculated from the merchant's own country, using VAT rates sourced from public tax authorities, and shown inclusive in EU/UK markets, exclusive in US/CA/AU.

Orders flow to a live Kanban feed in the dashboard (or to the kitchen printer). Receipts are emailed automatically.

Bookings

Appointment-style reservations for spas, salons, classes, courts, rooms, beach beds, podcasting booths, photo studios, gyms with limited equipment. Bookable inventory can be a staff member (haircut with Maria), a resource (Tennis court 3), or both. Walk-in merchants can use the same calendar for first-come-first-served flow.

Confirmation emails include a .ics calendar invite for the customer. Merchants can also one-way push every booking to their Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar.

AI receptionist

A Telnyx-powered phone agent answers the merchant's line in their language, takes bookings, answers FAQs and hands off to a human when it can't resolve a call. Each merchant has their own Telnyx assistant with the merchant's menu, services, business hours and supported languages baked in. Speech recognition runs multilingual auto-detect; the speaking voice is set from the merchant's language, across 62 of the 64 QRDERS languages.

The receptionist is sold in a subset of the 39 payment countries — the ones where Telnyx also has local number inventory at a rentable price. Carrier inventory moves month to month, so the dashboard checks it live at signup rather than against a fixed list.

Loyalty and email campaigns

Built-in stamp cards (visit-based, spend-based, or product-specific), promo codes, and merchant-sent email campaigns. Campaign emails support merge tags like {{customer.name}}, {{loyalty.stamps_count}} and conditional blocks {{#if loyalty}}…{{/if}} so each customer sees their own progress numbers.

Country coverage

Card payments are live in 39 countries: the EU and EEA, the UK, Switzerland, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Mexico. That set is Stripe Connect Express onboarding — outside it a business still gets menus, QR ordering and bookings for free, but cannot take card payments through QRDERS.

Each merchant's country code (set during Stripe Connect onboarding) drives the local VAT/sales-tax configuration, default currency, and tax display style. Examples: Germany 19%, Spain 21%, UK 20%, US 0% (no federal rate — merchants set their state/local rate per product), Japan 10%, Mexico 16%.
