A free QR menu for a spa: what it has to do
A spa guest asks the same two questions every time: what does it cost, and how long will I be here. The third one they ask in the corridor, to nobody, is whether the treatment they read about is the treatment they will get.
A QR menu answers all three before the conversation starts.
What does the guest read at reception?
A code on the reception desk, one on the door, one on the wall of the pool area. The guest scans it and the menu opens on their phone: your treatments, your prices, your hours, the pool and sauna times, the products on your shelf.
There is nothing to install and no account to create. That is not a detail for a spa: the guest in your corridor has just parked, walked in with wet hair, and is holding a phone at half battery.
Can guests read the menu in their own language?
We translate your menu into 82 languages automatically, and each guest reads it in the language their own phone is set to. A guest from Stuttgart, a guest from Osaka and a guest who lives ten minutes away all see the same treatment list in the words they use.
You maintain one list. A price you change in the morning is the price in every language by lunchtime.
Two things are worth your own eyes after the first translation. A treatment with a name of its own, a treatment room or a product brand, can come out wrong. You can correct any of it by hand, and your correction is what the menu shows next time.
What belongs on a spa list?
- Each treatment with a duration and a price. Duration first. A guest deciding between two ninety-minute options has already decided against ninety minutes.
- What the session includes. Whether the price covers one treatment or a course is the question that decides the answer, and it is the one a list on a wall usually leaves out.
- The oils, scents and products you use. Fragrance and skin allergens are the reason a guest reads a spa list carefully before they lie down on it.
- The hours of everything else. Pool, sauna, gym, steam room, and the last time the sauna is open, which is the number people actually come in for.
- The products on the shelf, with the same photographs you use on the shelf. A guest can see the bottle before they walk to it.
- Your hours and how to find you. Both change more often than the prices.
Photographs and short videos are not capped, and neither are edits. Change a price in the middle of a busy afternoon and the change is live on the phone and on the screen.
What does it cost?
There is no monthly fee. Nothing is metered, so a full August and an empty February cost the same.
The free plan includes the menu, the translations, your QR codes, unlimited photographs, unlimited menus and locations, your own web page where Google can find you, and menu analytics that show which treatments get read, at what hour, and in which language.
Plus is one yearly price. It adds sharper photographs and video with its sound, your logo when someone shares your page in a messenger, and a higher place on the map when a guest looks for somewhere nearby. It also keeps the AI Editor available at your busiest moments, when the free version is on shared capacity and can take a few minutes. The current price is on the pricing page.
How do you start this afternoon?
- Photograph your printed list, or upload the PDF. The AI reads the treatments, the durations, the prices and the descriptions and builds the menu with images.
- Correct the names that need correcting. You know that the hot stone treatment is fifty minutes, not sixty, and that the deep tissue one is the one people ask about.
- Print one code for reception, one for the pool area. Every code points at a link you control, so when you add a treatment this season the sticker on the wall keeps working.
- Put the same list on a screen in the waiting area. Set the hours for each part of the day and it changes on its own, on your clock. You can see how many guests scan each screen.
What should you check before you settle on one?
The number of languages on the front of a box is not the number you are buying: one app counts the languages in its buttons, another counts the top plan. We read what four other apps say about their own translation on their own sites in what a QR menu app's language number actually means, and our head-to-head pages and per-country comparisons are on the compare page.

What should a spa put on its QR menu?
Each treatment with its duration, its price and what the session includes, the products you sell on the shelf, the opening hours of the pool, the sauna and the gym, and the allergens or fragrances in the oils you use. A guest should be able to read the whole list and choose before they reach the desk.
Can a guest read the spa menu without an app?
Yes. They scan a code and the menu opens in the browser they already have. No download, no account, and nothing to type. A guest who has just driven two hours will not fill in a form to see your price list.
Is a QR menu free for a small spa?
Yes. The free plan has no monthly fee and nothing is metered, so a spa with two treatment rooms and a busy summer costs the same as a quiet week in February. Plus is one yearly price, and it is optional.
