Refunds and cancellations

There is one thing to buy from QRDERS: the Plus plan, at €12 for a whole year, paid once for that year. The free plan, the QR menu, the AI editor, the website and the TV menu board cost nothing and there is nothing to cancel.

There is nothing to pay for on a QRDERS menu, so there is nothing here about a refund from a business. A menu you open on your phone shows a business’s products and prices and how to reach them. Money does not move through us when you read it, so we cannot refund it.

Buying Plus is switched on country by country. Where it is not on in your country, the button on the Plus page says so, nothing is charged, and there is nothing to cancel.

Email us and we will cancel it. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and nobody will try to talk you out of it. Write to billing@qrders.com from the address on your account. We will confirm in writing that it is cancelled.

Your paid features stay on until the end of the year you have already paid for. After that your account drops back to the free plan. It is not deleted, your menu keeps working, and your QR codes keep pointing at it. You do not lose your business.

Ask within 30 days of the charge and you get all of it back. No reason needed and no conditions attached. Email billing@qrders.com from the address on the account and we refund the way you paid, usually within two working days and always within fourteen.

After 30 days we do not refund the remainder of a year you have already started. We would rather you cancelled before the next renewal than paid for a year you did not want.

If a charge looks wrong to you, email us before you ask your bank. We will almost always simply refund it, and we will do it in days rather than the weeks a bank dispute takes. Nothing is gained by going to the bank first.

Anyone can sign up: an individual, a sole trader or a company. If you are buying as a consumer, the law of the country you live in gives you rights this page cannot take away.

You can cancel within 14 days of buying. Buying a year of software online is a distance contract, and the 14-day cancellation right that comes with it is a statutory right, not one of ours. Our own 30-day window is longer, and we do not make you use the statutory one to get it. Where the service has already started at your request, the law of your country decides how much of the 14 days applies; that is never a reason for us to refuse the 30 days.

If something goes wrong, email us first. Where we cannot put it right, you can use the usual consumer remedies where you live.
